Sanjay Was Convict Of Keeping Arms (9 mm Pistol And An Ak 56 Rifle) And Also Helping The People Who Were Involved In Mumbai Serial Blasts In 1993.

Kode said the character of the accused is very important while considering if they deserved relief under the POA Act.
